We are proud to have been featured in World Leather, the leading publication for the tanning industry, in an article dedicated to our CRC (Cell Rotary Conditioner) dryer technology.

Leather is never a uniform material: its thickness, resistance and fibre direction vary depending on the area of the hide it comes from. Our CRC dryers are designed to address precisely this natural complexity, with a variable tension system and independent cells that dynamically adapt to the morphology of each hide. The cells open according to the natural direction of the hide itself, avoiding excessive tension in the most sensitive areas, such as the belly, and reducing the risk of tearing or weakening.

Precise control of humidity and temperature, together with the patented system that regulates the stretching and relaxing of the hide throughout the entire drying cycle, allows us to optimise surface yield and the quality of the semi-finished product, while reducing energy consumption and production waste.
